How to setup and check your email |

Steps to setup your Skyline internet access.
Windows Vista
1. Double click on the "Dial-Up Networking" icon in "My Computer"
2. Double click on "Make New Connection"
3. Enter "Skyline" as the name for this connection, and select the correct modem from the list
4. Click "Next", and then type in your dialup number

6. Click "Next", and then "Finish"
7. Double-click on the connection to connect
7. Enter your username as 'username@skylineaccess.com' and password
Windows XP
1. Go to “Start” and then to “Control Panels”
2. Choose “Network and Internet Connections” and then “Setup or change your internet connection ”
3. Click “Add”
4. Choose “Dial-up to private network ” and click “Next”
5.Type your dialup number without the area code and click “Next”.

6. Type “Skyline” and click “Finish”
7. Enter your username as 'username@skylineaccess.com' and password and click “OK”
8. Select “Always dial my default connection” and click the "Set Default" button
9. Click “OK” to finish
Once you are done, open Internet Explorer and it will open the Skyline dialer that you just created. You may do this manually by going to "Start" and then "Connect To"
Windows 98
1. Go to “Start” and then to “Control Panels”
2. Choose “Network Connections” and then “Create a new connection”
3. Click “Next”
4. Choose “Connect to the Internet” and click “Next”
5. Choose “Set up my connection manually” and click “Next”
6. Choose “Connect using a dial-up modem” and click “Next”
7. Type “Skyline” and click “Next”
8.Type your dialup number without the area code and click “Next”.

9. Enter your username and password and click “Next”
10. Select “Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop”
11. Click “Next” to finish

Skyline email covers several different email addresses. SPAM protected emails are now available at skylineaccess.com. Please contact support at support@skylineaccess.com or by calling
888-946-4638 (M-F 9:00-5:30 EST)
Please note that all messages will expire if not retrieved using a mail client within 90 days. All emails will expire if not logged into within 180 days. If you are using webmail, you may want to print or save these important messages as they will be removed after 90 days.
You may use a mail client such as Outlook or Thunderbird to retrieve your messages. |
